Meg has joined us as the full-time Clinic Administrative Assistant at Hope + Health DPC, where she will often be the first friendly voice and welcoming presence that patients encounter.

Her experience includes serving in special education, managing a fitness facility, working in a local thyroid clinic, and supporting families through church ministry. These roles have helped shape her calm, organized, and patient-centered approach to care coordination and communication.

Known for her warmth, empathy, excellent sense of humor, and attention to detail, Meg plays an important role in creating the welcoming and personalized experience that defines Hope + Health. Whether assisting with scheduling, answering questions, or supporting patients behind the scenes, she approaches every interaction with kindness and professionalism.

Outside of the clinic, Meg is a devoted wife and mother of four. She enjoys camping, hiking, reading, and meaningful conversations that foster connection and growth. Her love for family, community, and serving others shines through in everything she does.

Mary Carreno is a Medical Assistant that is one of the kindest, hardest working people we have ever known.

She has been a trusted friend and colleague to us for over a decade so Hope + Health is extremely blessed to have her join the clinic!

She is a proud Mom of 4 incredible adult children and a beloved colleague and friend to so many around here as she has always lived in the Round Rock and Leander area!
